These terms govern your use of No Borders (“the game”), operated by Stormax Film AB (org. no. 559221-5874), FE 160, 105 69 Stockholm, Sweden. By playing the game or creating an account you agree to these terms. This is an early-access release: features may change, break, or be removed, and progress may occasionally be reset while the game is in development.
You may play as a guest or sign in with Google to save progress. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your account or use someone else’s. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, cheat, attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards, or attack our infrastructure.
Scores or accounts gained through cheating or abuse may be removed without notice.
No Borders is free to play. You may optionally buy a one-time unlock for EUR 3.99 / USD 3.99, which grants 12 months of unlimited voyages. This is a single one-time payment: there is no subscription and no auto-renewal, and nothing is ever charged again automatically.
Payments are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (the seller of record), who handle billing, applicable taxes, and invoicing. Your card details are held by Lemon Squeezy, not by us. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, in line with applicable EU consumer law.
The game, its design, content, and trademarks belong to Stormax Film AB. Map and satellite imagery is provided by Google under its own terms. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game.
The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time, especially during early access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, Stormax Film AB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
